The data shows that by the end of 2015, China's railway operating mileage has reached 121,000 kilometers, of which high-speed rail exceeds 19,000 kilometers, accounting for more than 60% of the world's high-speed rail operating mileage. It is the fastest-growing and largest country in the world

According to Lu Chunfang, deputy general manager of China Railway Corporation, in 2015, China Railway completed 2.5 billion passenger trips and 3.36 billion tons of cargo, which ranked first in the world. After years of railway construction and operation practice, China Railway has formed the comprehensive advantages of advanced technology, safety and reliability, comfort and speed, strong compatibility and high cost performance, which has been fully recognized by the international railway market.
