Quality Commitment Agreement:

This chapter describes the "Quality Commitment" of this product. If there is a quality problem, the company will handle it in accordance with the following regulations, please read this chapter carefully:

1. Warranty scope: refers to the inverter itself.

2. Warranty period: twelve months from the date of purchase by the user.

3. The quality assurance content that is indeed the responsibility of the company:

1) Free replacement and repair for three months after purchase.

2) Free repair within 12 months after purchase.

4. If the failure is caused by the following reasons, even within the warranty period, it will be repaired for a fee:

1) Problems caused by improper operation or unauthorized repair and modification.

2) Problems caused by the use of frequency converters beyond the standard requirements.

3) Damage caused by falling or improper placement (such as water entry, etc.) after purchase.

4) Failures caused by use in environments that do not meet the requirements of this manual.

5) The inverter is damaged due to wrong wiring.

6) Failures caused by earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages or other force majeure caused by manpower.

5. In the following cases, the manufacturer has the right not to provide warranty service:

1) When the barcodes, nameplates, etc. marked by the manufacturer in the product are damaged or unrecognizable;

2) When the user fails to pay the payment in full according to the "purchase and sale contract" signed by both parties;

3) When the user deliberately conceals the improper use of the product during installation, wiring, operation, maintenance or other processes from the manufacturer's after-sales service provider.

6. For products that have failed, the company has the right to entrust others to provide warranty matters. The relevant service fees are calculated according to the actual cost. If there is an agreement, the agreement will be dealt with first.

7. The company's sales and agencies in China can provide after-sales service for this product.

8. This product is an electronic product. If there is a product accident responsibility in terms of quality, it can only bear the 2nd and 3rd responsibilities at most (i.e. repair and replacement). If the user needs more liability compensation guarantee, please contact us in advance. Insurance companies take out financial insurance.

9. For the return and exchange service, the product must be returned to the company, and it can be replaced only after confirming the attribution of responsibility.
